Ingredients

  • 240ml of bourbon
  • 120ml lemon juice
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 90ml cane sugar syrup
  • Soda water

Preparation steps

  1. Put the mint leaves in a shaker and with a crushed pestle
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice and cane sugar to shaker
  3. Add ice cubes and hit hard
  4. Filter the cocktail into a glass containing ice cubes
  5. Top with sparkling water
  6. Decorate with half a slice of lemon
