Whisky smash

Ingredients

• 8 mint leaves
• 1/4 lemon, not skin-treated
• 6 cl bourbon
• 3 cl sugar syrup

Preparation steps

1. In the bottom of a shaker put the mint and lemon cut into pieces
2. With a masher crush and add sugar syrup and bourbon
3. Add ice cubes to half and shake
4. Pour into a glass half filled with ice cubes
