Ramos gin fizz

Ingredients

• 5 cl of gin
• 1.5 cl lime juice
• 1.5 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl egg white
• 2.5 cl sugar syrup
• 2.5 cl of liquid cream
• 0.5 cl orange blossom
• 3 cl sparkling water

Preparation steps

1. In a shaker containing about ten ice cubes, pour the gin, lemon juice and egg white, sugar, cream and orange water
2. Shaker 4 min
3. Filter through a glass
4. Extend with sparkling water
