Fruity and elegant cocktail based on rum, strawberry, lemon and cane syrup.
- 4 cl 50% white rum
- 1 cl Squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cl cane syrup
- 2 Strawberries
- Add the strawberries, cane syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail glass.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Pour in the rum.
- Mix from bottom to top with a spoon.
Decoration: Add 1/2 slices of lemon glass to the glass and a few mint leaves
