Horse's Neck
A signature IBA recipe based on bourbon and ginger ale. You can prepare the recipe directly in a glass or in a shaker.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Bourbon
- 5 cl Ginger Ale
- A few drops of bitter angostura
Preparation steps
- Mix ingredients before pouring into a glass with ice cubes
- Cut a long thick zest of lemon or orange and put it in the glass, going through the inside to make a kind of spiral
