Piccadilly Sour

Ingredients

• 4 cl Scotch whisky
• 2 cl Pineapple juice
• 5 cl Ginger ale
• 1 teaspoon orange bitter

Preparation steps

1. Add 4 ice cubes to an old fashioned glass.
2. Add the whisky, pineapple juice and bitter.
3. Extend with ginger ale.
4. Stir with a spoon.



Decoration: Add a zest of orange.
