Brandy Crusta

A classic cocktail with cointreau and cognac for this IBA cocktail


  • 2 cl of cointreau
  • 5 cl cognac
  • 1.5 cl lemon juice
  • 2 dash of angostura bitters
  • Maraschino + powdered sugar for icing
  • Lemon zest

Preparation steps

  1. Roll the edge of the glass in the maraschino and then in the powdered sugar to frost it
  2. Put the cointreau, cognac, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker with ice
  3. Shake and pour into the glass holding the ice cubes
  4. Put a big piece of lemon zest
