Very classy cocktail for great occasions based on champagne, angostura bitters and cognac. A cocktail recognized by the IBA

Ingredients

  • 10 cl Champagne
  • 3 dash d'Angostura bitters
  • 2 cl Cognac
  • 1 piece red sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Add the piece of sugar to the bottom of a flute.
  2. Pour the angostura, then the cognac.
  3. Finish with the cool champagne.

    4. Decoration: Add a lemon zest.
