Vitamin plus summer smoothie

A smoothie replacing vitamines aux fruits jaunes


  • 1 Yellow nectarines
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 Yellow peach
  • The juice of an orange
  • A little lemon juice
  • 1 small glass of milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and dice all the fruit.
  2. Add them to a blender with the orange juice, lemon juice, milk and sugar.
  3. Mix for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add a few ice cubes and mix again.
  5. Serve in smoothie glasses.
