Strawberry and Watermelon Smoothie
A summer smoothie filled with vitamin and low calorie
- 1 Plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Watermelon
- 500 g Strawberry
- Wash and remove the strawberries.
- Cut the watermelon into pieces.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the yogurt and lemon juice.
- Mix a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a resealable bottle.
- Keep cool several hours before serving
