Breakfast smoothie

A very simple recipe to make, very good and rich in vitamin A, C and calcium.


  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Fishing
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Apricot yogurt

Preparation steps

  1. Wash and cut the carrots into pieces.
  2. Add them to a saucepan with water.
  3. Cook over low heat for 1/4 hour.
  4. Wash and cut the apple and peach into pieces.
  5. Add them to the pan.
  6. Cook until it boils.
  7. Remove from the heat and add the jams.
  8. Stir with a spoon and let cool.
  9. Mix the preparation several seconds.
  10. Add the yogurt, the vanilla.
  11. Mix again for a few seconds.
  12. Pour water if necessary.
  13. Serve in large glasses.
