Breakfast smoothie
A very simple recipe to make, very good and rich in vitamin A, C and calcium.
Ingredients
- 500 g Carrots
- 1 Apple
- 1 Fishing
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Apricot yogurt
Preparation steps
- Wash and cut the carrots into pieces.
- Add them to a saucepan with water.
- Cook over low heat for 1/4 hour.
- Wash and cut the apple and peach into pieces.
- Add them to the pan.
- Cook until it boils.
- Remove from the heat and add the jams.
- Stir with a spoon and let cool.
- Mix the preparation several seconds.
- Add the yogurt, the vanilla.
- Mix again for a few seconds.
- Pour water if necessary.
- Serve in large glasses.
