Beet smoothie, carrot lettuce
Smoothie quite simple to make with several fruits and vegetables! A good mixture full of flavors and vitamins!
Ingredients
- Almond milk
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Apple
- 1 cooked beet
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 5 fresh basil leaves
Preparation steps
- Peel, cut and wash all fruits and vegetables.
- Add them to a blender.
- Mix several minutes.
- Add the almond milk and basil leaves.
- Pour water if necessary.
- Mix again for a few minutes.
- Serve in large glasses.
