Beet smoothie, carrot lettuce

Smoothie quite simple to make with several fruits and vegetables! A good mixture full of flavors and vitamins!


  • Almond milk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 cooked beet
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

Preparation steps

  1. Peel, cut and wash all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Add them to a blender.
  3. Mix several minutes.
  4. Add the almond milk and basil leaves.
  5. Pour water if necessary.
  6. Mix again for a few minutes.
  7. Serve in large glasses.
