Vanilla Currant Smoothie
Refreshing smoothie for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 Plain yogurt
- 2 Sweet vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 20 g sugar
- 150 g currants
Preparation steps
- Wash and add the currants in a blender with the sugar, lemon juice and yogurt.
- Mix for a few seconds.
- Pour into smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add some gooseberries.
