Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie

Quick and delicious smoothie to offer with different flavors.


Ingredients

  • 25 cl Whole cream
  • 25 cl Milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 Tahiti vanilla bean
  • 25 cl blueberry yogurt to drink

Preparation steps

  1. Pour the egg yolks with the sugar into a bowl.
  2. Beat until the mixture whitens.
  3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the split vanilla in half.
  4. Boil.
  5. Remove the pod.
  6. Whisk the boiling milk over the sugar egg mixture.
  7. Put the mixture back in the pan and let it thicken for a few minutes over low heat.
  8. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for several hours.
  9. Add a few ice cubes of custard and the yogurt to drink in a blender
  10. Mix a few seconds.
  11. Serve in a smoothie glass.
