Ingredients

  • 1 Plain yogurt without sugar
  • 12.5 cl Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 200 g Rhubarb

Preparation steps

  1. Clean the rhubarb and dice.
  2. Add the dice to a saucepan with the water and sugar.
  3. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Add the mixture in a blender with the yogurt, milk and honey.
  6. Mix for a few seconds.
  7. Keep it cool.
  8. Serve in smoothie glasses.
