Refreshing smoothie with red fruits.
- 1 Vanilla yogurt
- 350 g red fruit (strawberries raspberries blackcurrant...)
- 1 glass of water
- Wash the red fruit.
- Add them to a blender with the yogurt, a tablespoon of honey and water.
- Mix for a few minutes.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add some red fruit.
