Smoothie with Kaki Cheese

Perfect smoothie for breakfast with cottage cheese and khaki.


Ingredients

  • 250 g Cottage cheese
  • 2 Kakis
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 or 3 meringues

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut in half a khaki.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, honey and khaki pieces to a blender.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Place the mixture in two mugs
  5. Arrange meringues on smoothie
