Red Fruit and Vanilla Smoothie

A perfect summer smoothie with fresh fruit and freshness.


  • 35 cl Milk
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 20 g Currants
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 80 g Raspberries
  • vanilla bean

Preparation steps

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan with the vanilla and sugar.
  2. Heat for a few minutes and let cool.
  3. Wash the fruit, remove the strawberries.
  4. Add the fruit to a blender with the cooled milk.
  5. Mix several minutes.
  6. Serve in smoothie glasses.

  7. Decoration: Add a red fruit skewer.
