Red Fruit and Vanilla Smoothie
A perfect summer smoothie with fresh fruit and freshness.
- 35 cl Milk
- 50 g blackberries
- 20 g Currants
- 100 g Strawberries
- 80 g Raspberries
- vanilla bean
- Pour the milk into a saucepan with the vanilla and sugar.
- Heat for a few minutes and let cool.
- Wash the fruit, remove the strawberries.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the cooled milk.
- Mix several minutes.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add a red fruit skewer.
