This kiwi and strawberry smoothie is full of vitamins and freshness. Made with fresh fruit, it’s a delicious and healthy way to start your day or enjoy it as a refreshing snack



  • milk
  • 2 tablespoons White Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi

Preparation steps

  1. Wash and remove the strawberries.
  2. Peel the kiwi and cut it in half.
  3. Add the fruit to a blender.
  4. Mix until a puree is obtained.
  5. Add the cottage cheese and sugar.
  6. Mix again several minutes.
  7. Pour the milk according to the desired texture.
  8. Mix again.
  9. Pour into large glasses with two straws.
