- 2 tablespoons White Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 Kiwi
- Wash and remove the strawberries.
- Peel the kiwi and cut it in half.
- Add the fruit to a blender.
- Mix until a puree is obtained.
- Add the cottage cheese and sugar.
- Mix again several minutes.
- Pour the milk according to the desired texture.
- Mix again.
- Pour into large glasses with two straws.
