Kiwi Basil Smoothie
Gourmet smoothie based on kiwi and basil.
- 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 6 Kiwis
- 4 basil leaves
- Grab an ice cube tray (or two if needed).
- Fill them with milk.
- Keep in the freezer overnight.
- Peel and dice the kiwis.
- Add the ice cubes to a blender and mix for a few seconds.
- Add the diced kiwi and mix again.
- Wash and chisel the basil leaves.
- Add them to the preparation and mix again once more.
- Pour into smoothie glasses with a straw.
Decoration: Add a slice of kiwi and basil leaf.
