Kiwi Basil Smoothie

Gourmet smoothie based on kiwi and basil.


  • 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 6 Kiwis
  • 4 basil leaves
  • sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Grab an ice cube tray (or two if needed).
  2. Fill them with milk.
  3. Keep in the freezer overnight.
  4. Peel and dice the kiwis.
  5. Add the ice cubes to a blender and mix for a few seconds.
  6. Add the diced kiwi and mix again.
  7. Wash and chisel the basil leaves.
  8. Add them to the preparation and mix again once more.
  9. Pour into smoothie glasses with a straw.

  10. Decoration: Add a slice of kiwi and basil leaf.
