Wild Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie
Very gourmet smoothie based on coconut and blueberries.
- 300 g wild blueberries
- 40 cl Coconut milk
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 piece fresh ginger the size of a walnut
- Golden coconut shavings to garnish (according to your taste)
- Add 200 ml of coconut milk, sugar, blueberries and grated ginger in a blender.
- Mix for a few minutes at maximum power.
- Divide the remaining coconut milk into the smoothie glasses.
- Then add, the preparation delicately.
- Stir gently with a fork.
Decoration: Sprinkle with coconut shavings.
