Wild Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie

Very gourmet smoothie based on coconut and blueberries.


  • 300 g wild blueberries
  • 40 cl Coconut milk
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 piece fresh ginger the size of a walnut
  • Golden coconut shavings to garnish (according to your taste)

Preparation steps

  1. Add 200 ml of coconut milk, sugar, blueberries and grated ginger in a blender.
  2. Mix for a few minutes at maximum power.
  3. Divide the remaining coconut milk into the smoothie glasses.
  4. Then add, the preparation delicately.
  5. Stir gently with a fork.

  6. Decoration: Sprinkle with coconut shavings.
