Coconut, Date, Almond and Banana Smoothie

Very exotic smoothie to consume without moderation!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 l cold semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 g Almonds
  • 5 dates
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add it to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Pour into smoothie glasses.
