Smoothie from elsewhere
Smoothie with flavours from elsewhere, to be tested absolutely.
- 20 cl plain yogurt
- 20 cl Coconut milk
- 4 Walnuts
- 1 Mango
- 2 Bananas
- 3 pods Cardamom
- Pelez la mangue et la banane et les coupez en morceaux.
- Peel the nuts off.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the coconut milk and yogurt.
- Mix for a few minutes, until you get a smooth and frothy preparation.
- Crush the cardamom and add it.
- Mix again for a few seconds.
- Pour into smoothie glasses.
