Carambar Banana Smoothie
Very greedy smoothie based on banana and carambar.
Ingredients
- 25 cl Milk
- 1 Bulgarian yogurt
- 12 Carambars
- 1 tablespoon red sugar
- 2 Bananas
Preparation steps
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Add the carambars to a saucepan with the milk.
- Cook for a few seconds until the carambars melt.
- Leave to cool for 3 hours.
- Pour the carambar milk into a blender with the yogurt, sugar and banana slices.
- Mix several seconds.
- Pour into smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add whipped cream and some caramel popcorn
