Banana and Date Smoothie
A delicious smoothie with pieces of dates.
Ingredients
- 1 Yogurt brewed
- 10 Dates pitted
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon red sugar
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Preparation steps
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Cut out the dates.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the sugar, cinnamon and yogurt.
- Mix a few minutes.
- Add ice cubes to a smoothie glass and pour in the mixture.
Decoration: Add a skewer of dates.
