Pear and Fig Smoothie

Quick smoothie with autumn flavours.


  • 5 Figs
  • 4 Pears
  • 1 tablespoon almond powder
  • 1 Plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Take and reserve the flesh of the figs.
  2. Peel and cut the pears into pieces.
  3. Add the fruit to a blender with the almond powder, sugar and yogurt.
  4. Mix several seconds.
  5. Switch the preparation to chinois strainer
  6. Reserve several hours in the fridge.
  7. Serve in smoothie glasses.
