Red fruit smoothie

Refreshing and fruity smoothie based on red fruits.


  • 2 c à s de Vergeoise blonde
  • 400 ml de Lait fermenté
  • 200 g de Fruits rouges congelés
  • 2 Bananes

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Add them in a blender with the orchard, the fermented milk and the red fruits.
  3. Mix for a few seconds.
  4. Serve in smoothie glasses.
