Smoothie Florida

A fresh and vitamin smoothie!


Ingredients

  • 30 cl Milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 4 Florida grapefruits
  • 5 g Ginger

Preparation steps

  1. First, put your smoothie glasses in the fridge.
  2. Wash, peel and dice the ginger.
  3. Wash, remove the stems and cut the strawberries into quarters.
  4. Cut the bananas into rounds.
  5. Peel the grapefruit and keep only the skinless quarters.
  6. Add all the fruit to the blender with the milk and ginger.
  7. Mix a few minutes.
  8. Keep it cool.
  9. Serve in fresh smoothie glasses.

  10. Decoration: Add half a strawberry, a slice of banana and a wedge of grapefruit.
