  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 drizzle of cane sugar
  • coconut milk
  • 4 Oranges
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 of fresh pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Apple
  • 6 Strawberries

Preparation steps

  1. Wash, peel and cut the banana, kiwi, apple and strawberries into pieces.
  2. Squeeze the orange juice directly into a blender.
  3. Add the chopped fruit, coconut milk and a few ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Mix several seconds.
  5. Serve in smoothie glasses.
