Gourmet Detox Smoothie
Smoothie poor in sugar but very tasty!
Ingredients
- 10 cl Pomegranate juice
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Yogurt 0%
- 1 Apple
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 big orange
- 10 Strawberries
- 1/2 Fresh pineapple
Preparation steps
- Wash, peel and cut all the fruit into pieces.
- Place them in a blender with yogurt, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and a few ice cubes.
- Mix several seconds.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add a skewer of fresh fruit (apple, banana, kiwi...).
