Carrot Orange Smoothie
Ultra vitamin smoothie based on orange and carrot, ideal to start the day.
Ingredients
- 1 L Carrot Juice
- 4 Oranges
- 2 Plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Preparation steps
- Squeeze the 4 oranges into a blender.
- Add the carrot juice, ginger powder, yogurt and a few ice cubes.
- Mix for a few minutes.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
