Carrot Orange Smoothie

Ultra vitamin smoothie based on orange and carrot, ideal to start the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 L Carrot Juice
  • 4 Oranges
  • 2 Plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Preparation steps

  1. Squeeze the 4 oranges into a blender.
  2. Add the carrot juice, ginger powder, yogurt and a few ice cubes.
  3. Mix for a few minutes.
  4. Serve in smoothie glasses.
