Carrot Smoothie Orange and Ginger
Carrot, ginger and orange smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/2 litre of fresh carrot juice
- 1 Plain yogurt
- 3 Oranges
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Preparation steps
- Press the oranges directly into a blender.
- Add the carrot juice, ginger, yogurt and a few ice cubes.
- Mix several seconds until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Pour into a smoothie glass.
