Carrot Smoothie Orange and Ginger

Carrot, ginger and orange smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre of fresh carrot juice
  • 1 Plain yogurt
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Preparation steps

  1. Press the oranges directly into a blender.
  2. Add the carrot juice, ginger, yogurt and a few ice cubes.
  3. Mix several seconds until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  4. Pour into a smoothie glass.
