Fruity smoothie coconut milk
A smoothie is a cold, creamy drink, usually made from fruit juice or milk. Smoothies are often topped with whole fruit, ice cubes and/or ice cream. They can be prepared very easily by mixing the ingredients in a blender.
Smoothies are particularly refreshing and invigorating on sunny days. They are therefore an excellent snack or a healthy and balanced breakfast. To vary the pleasures, it is possible to use different fruits and vegetables in the preparation of smoothies. This smoothie recipe with nice coconut milk, pineapple, strawberry, grape and mango is particularly tasty and delicious.
- 1 cup mango
- 1 Vanilla yogurt
- 2 Strawberries
- 2 cups red grape
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 can coconut milk
- Wash and remove the strawberries.
- Peel and cut the other fruit.
- Add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
- Mix several seconds.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add mango wedges.
