  • 4 ripe fresh figs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (adjust to taste)
  • 200 ml of plain yogurt or almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • A hint of cinnamon or vanilla (optional for an aromatic touch)

Preparation steps

  1. Gently wash the figs, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.
  2. In a blender, add the figs, the banana cut into pieces, and the yogurt or almond milk.
  3. Add the honey for a natural sweet touch. If you desire a stronger taste, feel free to add a bit more honey.
  4. For a cooler consistency, add some ice cubes.
  5. If you choose cinnamon or vanilla, add it at this stage.
  6. Blend everything until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
