Morning Fig and Honey Smoothie

Ingredients
- 4 ripe fresh figs
- 2 tablespoons of honey (adjust to taste)
- 200 ml of plain yogurt or almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- Ice cubes (optional)
- A hint of cinnamon or vanilla (optional for an aromatic touch)
Preparation steps
- Gently wash the figs, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.
- In a blender, add the figs, the banana cut into pieces, and the yogurt or almond milk.
- Add the honey for a natural sweet touch. If you desire a stronger taste, feel free to add a bit more honey.
- For a cooler consistency, add some ice cubes.
- If you choose cinnamon or vanilla, add it at this stage.
