  • 1 ripe papaya (about 500 g)
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 papaya slices for decoration

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds using a spoon. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and put it in a blender. Reserve two papaya slices for decoration.
  2. Add almond milk, plain yogurt, honey or agave syrup (if you want to add a sweet touch), and ice cubes to the blender with the papaya flesh.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
