  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 2 organic apples
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes
  • A pinch of salt
  • A few mint leaves for decoration (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. Thoroughly wash the apples, then cut them into quarters and remove the core and seeds. Cut them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the apple pieces, almond milk, honey, ground cinnamon, ice cubes, and pinch of salt.
