Fig and Vanilla Banana Smoothie

Sweet and fresh smoothie based on fig, banana and vanilla.


Ingredients

  • 20 cl Vanilla almond milk
  • 150 g Figs
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Remove the flesh from the figs.
  3. Add the milk, fig and banana to a blender with a few ice cubes.
  4. Mix several seconds.
  5. Serve in smoothie glasses.
  6. Put the honey spoon with a fig wedge in each glass
