Dive into the world of autumnal flavors with this delicately flavored coffee infused with cinnamon and sweet spices. A comforting beverage that perfectly combines the warmth of espresso with the creaminess of whipped cream, all crowned with bits of cinnamon biscuit.


  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus a little for garnish)
  • 1/5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 4 espressos (or strong coffees)
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Crumbled cinnamon biscuits for garnish

Preparation steps

  1. In a thick-bottomed saucepan, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom. Gradually whisk in the milk while stirring gently.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare your espressos or strong coffees.
  4. Once the milk is infused and hot, transfer it to a tall pitcher, and using a milk frother or immersion blender, froth the milk until it becomes creamy foam.
  5. Pour the espresso into cups, add the spiced milk foam on top.
  6. Garnish each cup with a generous spoonful of whipped cream.
