Rum-laced eggnog
A drink with rum that you can enjoy at Christmas with a light scent of nutmeg and cinnamon. We call this cocktail that we eat cold or warm, eggnog because we find egg in it.
Ingredients
- 50gr of powdered sugar
- 200ml milk
- 2 pinches nutmeg
- 2 pinches cinnamon powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cl rum
Preparation steps
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and rum, being careful not to boil it, just keep it warm.
- Get the pan off the heat
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg
- In a container, blanch the egg yolks with the sugar
- Pour hot milk without stopping whisking in the container
- Pour into 2 glasses
- To be enjoyed warm or cold in the fridge
