Rum-laced eggnog

A drink with rum that you can enjoy at Christmas with a light scent of nutmeg and cinnamon. We call this cocktail that we eat cold or warm, eggnog because we find egg in it.


Ingredients

  • 50gr of powdered sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 2 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cl rum

Preparation steps

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and rum, being careful not to boil it, just keep it warm.
  2. Get the pan off the heat
  3. Add cinnamon and nutmeg
  4. In a container, blanch the egg yolks with the sugar
  5. Pour hot milk without stopping whisking in the container
  6. Pour into 2 glasses
  7. To be enjoyed warm or cold in the fridge
