Porto flip
A flip IBA recipe, with port, cognac and a pinch of nutmeg
Ingredients
- 6 cl port
- 1.5 cl cognac
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Preparation steps
- In the shaker put cognac, port, sugar syrup and egg yolk
- Shake
- Add ice cubes and shake
- Put ice in a glass
- Pour the cocktail into the glass by filtering with a chinois strainer or cocktail strainer
- Put a pinch of nutmeg on the foam
