Porto flip

A flip IBA recipe, with port, cognac and a pinch of nutmeg


Ingredients

  • 6 cl port
  • 1.5 cl cognac
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation steps

  1. In the shaker put cognac, port, sugar syrup and egg yolk
  2. Shake
  3. Add ice cubes and shake
  4. Put ice in a glass
  5. Pour the cocktail into the glass by filtering with a chinois strainer or cocktail strainer
  6. Put a pinch of nutmeg on the foam
