Brandy egg-nog
Delicate cocktail with cognac, egg, sugar and milk.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Cognac
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cl cane sugar syrup
- Milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the cognac, egg yolk and cane syrup.
- Shake energetically.
- Serve in a glass
- Complete with the milk.
- Stir lightly with a cinnamon stick as a spoon
Decoration: Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
