Delicate cocktail with cognac, egg, sugar and milk.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Cognac
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cl cane sugar syrup
  • Milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the cognac, egg yolk and cane syrup.
  3. Shake energetically.
  4. Serve in a glass
  5. Complete with the milk.
  6. Stir lightly with a cinnamon stick as a spoon

    7. Decoration: Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
