  • 700ml of vodka

Preparation steps

  1. Start by pouring the blackberries, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and sugar into a large sterilized jar.
  2. Then add the vodka, close the jar, and gently shake to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Store the jar in a cool, dark place and rotate it once a day during the first week.
  4. After two to three weeks, strain the vodka through a fine-mesh sieve and pour it into bottles, then label them.
  5. The color will be preserved for several months, and the vodka will remain delicious for up to one year.
  6. Don't forget to use the infused blackberries in your pastries or meringue-based desserts.
