Peppermint Christmas Martini

Ingredients
- 4 candy canes
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 120 ml of white chocolate liqueur
- 60 ml of vanilla vodka
- 60 ml of light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of pure peppermint extract
Preparation steps
- Place the candy canes in a sturdy plastic bag and seal it.
- Use a rolling pin or a heavy skillet to crush them coarsely.
- You can also use a blender, pulsing intermittently.
- In a shallow dish, mix the sugar and water until well combined. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the sugar syrup and then into the crushed candies to get a light coating.
- Fill a shaker two-thirds full with ice.
- Add the white chocolate liqueur, light cream, vanilla vodka, and peppermint extract.
- Shake until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
