Pineapple coconut
Fruity and exotic cocktail based on coconut and pineapple.
Ingredients
- 80 cl Coconut milk
- 1 can pineapple syrup
- 30 cl Cane sugar syrup
- 1.5 l pineapple juice
Preparation steps
- In a blender, add the coconut milk and canned pineapple with the juice.
- Mix several seconds.
- Pour the contents into a shaker filled with ice.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Shake energetically.
- Use a resealable bottle that you can keep cool for two days.
- Serve in cocktail glasses.
Decoration: Add a slice of pineapple and sprinkle with grated coconut glass.
