An exotic pineapple mojito, amazing and very good!
- 6 cl dark rum
- Pineapple juice
- 4 teaspoon of Roux Sugar
- 8 pineapple pieces
- 12 mint leaves
- Add the pineapple pieces, mint and sugar to a shaker.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Add the rum.
- Strike with crushed ice.
- Pour the mixture into two mojito glasses.
- Top with pineapple juice.
- Stir with a spoon from bottom to top.
Decoration: add a piece of pineapple to the glass
