Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients

• 6 cl dark rum
• Pineapple juice
• 4 teaspoon of Roux Sugar
• 8 pineapple pieces
• 12 mint leaves

Preparation steps

1. Add the pineapple pieces, mint and sugar to a shaker.
2. Pound with a cocktail muddler.
3. Add the rum.
4. Strike with crushed ice.
5. Pour the mixture into two mojito glasses.
6. Top with pineapple juice.
7. Stir with a spoon from bottom to top.



Decoration: add a piece of pineapple to the glass
