The delicious blend of pineapple and coconut. A refreshing and creamy drink from IBA. There are several variations of this cocktail.
- 4 cl 40% white rum
- 6 cl Pineapple juice
- 6 cl coconut cream
- 2 cl Cane syrup
- Use a shaker or blender to make the recipe.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake energetically and pour the mixture into a tulip glass or wine glass.
- If using a blender, pour in all the ingredients and add 5 ice cubes, mix, shake and serve.
- For decoration, add a piece of pineapple to the rim of the glass.
