Very nice cocktail and very tasty based on brandy

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Brandy
  • 2 cl Liquid Cream
  • 1/2 cl Sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation steps

  1. Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
  2. Stir in brandy, cream, sugar and egg yolk.
  3. Shake energetically and hit the ingredients.
  4. Serve in a cocktail glass

    5. Decoration: Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
