Exotic Mango and Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients

• 50g pineapple chunks
• 50g diced mango
• 3 limes, cut into quarters
• 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
• 2 sprigs of mint, leaves only
• Ice cubes
• 150ml white rum
• 200ml pineapple-flavored rum
• 600ml sparkling water

Preparation steps

1. Start by combining the pineapple chunks, diced mango, lime quarters, and brown sugar in a large pitcher.
2. Mix these ingredients well.
3. Proceed by lightly crushing the mint leaves and adding them to the mixture.
4. Next, add a generous amount of ice cubes.
5. Carefully pour in the white rum, pineapple-flavored rum, and then the sparkling water.
6. Stir everything together to evenly distribute the flavors.
