Keto Mojito
Who said you couldn't enjoy a refreshing Mojito while on your ketogenic diet ? Here's a recipe that maintains the classic Mojito flavor while being low in carbs.
Ingredients
- 60 ml of rum
- Juice of half a lime
- A few mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of erythritol (or any other sweetener of your choice)
- Sparkling water
- Crushed ice
Preparation steps
- In a glass, pour the rum.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass.
- Add the mint leaves to the glass.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of erythritol (or your chosen sweetener) into the glass.
- Using a muddler, lightly crush the mint leaves to release their flavors.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top up the glass with sparkling water until it's full.
- Gently stir with a spoon to mix all the ingredients.
