Ingredients
- Lime juice (optional)
- 50 ml mezcal
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 10 ml agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
Preparation steps
- If you choose to salt the rim of your glass like a classic margarita, dip the rim in a saucer of lime juice, then into a saucer of sea salt.
- Put all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, into a cocktail shaker, fill it with ice, and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a large Collins glass filled with fresh ice, top up with sparkling water, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
